  1. How useful to be able to link our members from our own site to John’s to learn from ‘the horse’s mouth’, as it were, how this Magnificat should be approached and sung. Particularly useful as it conforms with what our MD has been telling us!
We will be singing this work as part of our concert on 15 December in Richmond with a young soloist who is a name to watch out for – Rowan Pierce.

  2. We will be performing this amazing work at Carnegie Hall on March 11, 2012. If you are in the NYC area and would like to attend, check out our Facebook page for ticketing information:

I also enjoyed this video with John Rutter. Our chorus as well will be performing this Magnificat at Christmas. It is so beautiful and defintiely is a celebration – as Mr. Rutter states. We have performed this before and are very happy to do this work again.

  4. Very excellent and insightful video! I was so pleased to find it, as our Community group is about to begin rehearsals on the work for a Christmas performance. We are so excited to do this great work!
